16. Liability & Independent Suppliers
LuluSpots may organize travel services directly or through independent accommodation providers, transport operators, guides, airlines, and other suppliers.
Each supplier may operate under its own applicable service conditions.
LuluSpots will exercise reasonable care in selecting suppliers and arranging services.
LuluSpots is responsible for its own obligations under the booking agreement and applicable law.
It will not be responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, except where liability is imposed by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence, personal injury, or other matters to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Travelers should report service problems promptly so that LuluSpots has a reasonable opportunity to assist.
17. Photography, Video & Marketing
LuluSpots may photograph or record travel experiences for documentation and promotional purposes.
Identifiable guest images will not be used in public advertising or marketing without the guest's appropriate consent.
Guests may decline promotional photography without affecting their booking.
Any separate consent will specify the intended uses and may be withdrawn for future use, subject to applicable law and practical limitations concerning materials already lawfully distributed.
Parents or legal guardians must provide appropriate authorization for images of children.
18. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
LuluSpots respects the privacy of its travelers and website visitors.
Personal information will be collected and processed for legitimate purposes, including responding to inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating services, processing payments, and meeting legal obligations.
Relevant booking information may be shared with accommodation providers, transport operators, park authorities, payment processors, and other service partners when necessary.
LuluSpots will take appropriate measures to protect personal information and handle requests concerning personal data in accordance with applicable law.

19. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
LuluSpots is committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.
Travelers should raise problems with their guide or designated LuluSpots representative as soon as reasonably possible during the trip.
If the issue cannot be resolved locally, travelers may submit a written complaint to the company's official contact address.
LuluSpots aims to acknowledge written complaints within three business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days, or explain when further investigation is required.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
Travelers retain any rights to pursue complaints through competent authorities, courts, or other lawful dispute resolution mechanisms.
20. Contract, Governing Law & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions, together with the confirmed itinerary, quotation, and any applicable written amendments, form the agreement between LuluSpots and the traveler.
The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
Travelers must be given access to these Terms before payment and must expressly accept them during the booking process.
Any changes to the Terms after confirmation will not automatically amend an existing booking without the agreement of the parties, except as required by law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
21. Additional Booking Provisions
Children & Family Travel
Children must travel with an appropriately authorized adult, and participation in activities is subject to applicable age restrictions, safety requirements, and supplier policies.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children unless a specific supervised service has been expressly included.
Group Bookings
Group quotations are based on the agreed number of participants and room-sharing arrangements.
A reduction in group size may change the per-person price. LuluSpots will provide a revised quotation before any additional charge is accepted.
Flights & Transportation
Flight schedules and baggage allowances are determined by the relevant carriers.
LuluSpots will communicate known restrictions on domestic flights and other transportation included in an itinerary.
Flight delays, cancellations, and missed connections will be handled in accordance with the booking agreement, carrier conditions, and applicable law.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
Website text, original photographs, logos, itineraries, and other LuluSpots-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Visitors may use the website for personal travel research and booking inquiries but may not commercially reproduce proprietary content without authorization.
Website Availability
LuluSpots aims to maintain accurate and current website information. However, descriptions, availability, and indicative prices may change.
A website inquiry or displayed package price does not create a confirmed reservation.
