1. About Luluspots

Luluspots is a tour and travel organization business operating in the United Republic of Tanzania, providing customized travel planning, tour arrangements, accommodation booking, transportation, and related travel services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Services and Quotations
  1. Customers may submit trip requests through luluspots.com.
  2. Based on the request, Luluspots will prepare and issue a custom travel quotation.
  3. All quotations are:
  • Non-binding until accepted by the customer
  • Subject to availability of services
  • Valid only for the period stated in the quotation
4. Payment Terms
Advance Payment Requirement
  • Upon receiving and accepting a quotation, the customer is required to pay 50% of the total quoted amount as an advance payment.
  • No trip arrangements, reservations, or confirmations will be made until the advance payment is received.
Remaining Balance
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid within the timeframe specified in the quotation or before the commencement of the trip, whichever comes first.
Payment Methods
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
5. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • The customer accepts the quotation, and
  • The required 50% advance payment has been successfully received by Luluspots.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
  1. Cancellation policies will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.
  2. Advance payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on:
  • The nature of the services booked
  • Commitments already made to third-party service providers

Luluspots is not responsible for refunds denied by third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, or transport operators.

7. Changes to Itineraries
  • Requested changes after confirmation may result in additional charges.
  • Luluspots reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety, availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure possession of valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits, vaccinations)
  • Comply with all laws and regulations of Tanzania and any other destination involved

Luluspots is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Luluspots shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or third-party service failures.
  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services in question.
10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Luluspots and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

12. Amendments

Luluspots reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
